Michael Herring, the owner and principal, is a licensed attorney and real estate broker offering business consulting services focused on real estate transactions and M&A.

EXPERIENCE

 Mike is a big-picture strategic planner. Because he focuses on strategic planning, his advice is valuable and sought after by his clients. In advising his clients, Mike uses his business acumen, legal knowledge, and leadership skills to distinguish himself from others in his profession. 

Mike is a proud veteran, having served in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence officer. After serving for six years in the U.S. Army, Mike returned to school, earning a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.

Personally, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and attending baseball games at Target Field. He is also highly active in his community: serving as a non-profit board member for People Responding in Social Ministry (PRISM), an elected member of the Robbinsdale School Board, and a past president of the Golden Valley Rotary Club.
